  • By acknowledging the registrants verifies that they have read and understand the Refund Policy.


  • Return Policy
  • Return and Cancellation Policy Registrations may be cancelled without penalty by providing notice to Mortgage Training Today within ten (10) business days of the date of order. Registrations that were for group events or had a coupon code can not be refunded. A credit toward a future class will be issued with no expiration date. Pre-license manuals and/or cram sessions are non-refundable. Any training manuals purchased are non-refundable. Conference Call classes are non-refundable. Cancellation requests must be submitted via e-mail to barb@MortgageTrainingToday.com. No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellation requests received after 10 days of the original order. Registrant will be given a credit toward a future class. Reschedules will be based on availability. Reschedule requests must be submitted via e-mail to barb@MortgageTrainingToday.com or by phone at 920.560.1886. This also applies to registrants that do not attend the class they registered for. Mortgage Training Today reserves the right at its discretion to reschedule or cancel an event for which there are an insufficient number of registrants, for inclement weather, or for other circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Mortgage Training Today, registrants may enroll in another class, or may cancel the registration and receive a full refund of fees paid.
