  • By acknowledging the registrants verifies that they have read and understand the Refund Policy.


  • Return Policy
  • Registrations may be cancelled without penalty by providing notice to Mortgage Training Today at least ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled start date of the event. If registrations are made less than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled start date of the event, then registrant has 24 hours from the time of registration to cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted via e-mail to alan@MortgageTrainingToday.com. If a cancellation requests is received less than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled start date of the event, or more than 24 hours after registration for classes scheduled less than ten (10) business days prior to the scheduled start of the event, registrant will be given a credit toward a future class. Reschedules will be based on availability. Reschedule requests must be submitted via e-mail to alan@MortgageTrainingToday.com or by phone at 920.560.1886. This also applies to registrants that do not attend the class they registered for, or only attend a portion. Mortgage Training Today reserves the right at its discretion to reschedule or cancel an event for which there are an insufficient number of registrants, for inclement weather, or for other circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Mortgage Training Today, registrants may enroll in another class, or may cancel the registration and receive a full refund of fees paid. For Conference Call Classes, or other classes where a manual has already been given, a charge for $150.00 for the manual will be charged with the balance refunded based on the Cancellation policy.
